UCHE NWOSU A REPLICA OF BIBLICAL REHOBOAM IN THE MAKING – OZUOME

A frontline politician in Imo State from Ideato nation and a human right activist, Chief Uzoma Izuogu, (Ozuome Akokwa) has stated that Hon Uche Nwosu is going to be another Rehoboam if elected as governor of Imo state, because he will give more burdens to Imolites than Governor Okorocha his In-law.

Speaking to journalists recently, Chief Uzoma Izuogu referred Imo people to the Holy Bible, precisely 1^st king Chapter 12 where Rehoboam the son of king Solomon told the Israelites that his father laid on them heavy yoke and that he will make it even heavier. He also told them that his father scourged them with whips, but he will scourge them with scorpions. Ozuome opined that the worst mistake Imo people will make is to vote Hon Uche Nwosu or any other person identified to have come from All Progressive Congress (APC) and Governor Okorocha because doing that will be tantamount to the above biblical Rehoboam.

He went further to posit that voting Hon Uche Nwosu or any other person in APC in whatever disguise is asking God to help bury the dead Imolites who have suffered great deal for seven years under the leadership of APC led by Governor Okorocha.

Chief Izuogu is of the opinion that any person coming from APC under any political plaform or from Governor Okorocha himself will be there to complete the agenda of APC and Governor Okorocha which is geared towards continuous punishment of Imo people. He described Hon Uche Nwosu as a replica of his father-in-law and that Hon Uche Nwosu is too arrogant and inexperienced to be a Governor. He went further to condemn the role Hon Uche Nwosu played in the Land Ministry when he was Commissioner for Lands.

He therefore warned Imo people to wake up and shine their eyes and never allow any body in APC to deceive them again with the promises of heaven. “ APC is now a troubled and dead party in Imo and Nigeria in general ”. Ozuome advised Imo people to reject APC and those working in different disguise fighting Governor Okorocha on whatever reason, saying that they are robbers of Imo treasury while calling on them to be vigilant and to support the candidacy of Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha the rescuer of the people under the PDP.
