Team Ihedioha Says All Odds Favour Emeka Ihedioha 2019

The think-tank identified as Team Ihedioha assembled for the organization and administration of the gubernatorial campaign of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha for the office of the Executive governor of Imo State in 2019 has boasted of being in the position of ensuring victory for the immediate past Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

The assurance was made by Hon. Macdonald Amadi, a leading member of Team Ihedioha at the inauguration of “Team Ihedioha Ngor Okpala” Saturday, stressing that among all the known and yet to be known aspirants to the office of governor of Imo State come 2019, only Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has all the round and square qualification to become next Imo governor.

Hon. Amadi who spoke at length on the very rich resume of the former representative of Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives said only Chief Emeka Ihedioha possessed the right legislative and executive administration experience to provide Imo the overdue restructuring resulting from the disorganization of the state since 2011 by the Owelle Rochas Okorocha administration.

According to Amadi, while all other aspirants have one baggage or another, Chief Emeka Ihedioha has served at both executive and legislature arms of government for record 23 years with any taint in his public service conduct and character. He recounted in a jiffy how since 1992 Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha has been walking the corridors of power working with some of the highest leaders of Nigeria, stating that it is with a load of experience and personal and official contact network in Nigeria that the one time Chief Whip of the Federal House of Representatives will change Imo State that has been bastardized by the uncumbent governor, Rochas Okorocha.

On the inauguration of “Team Ihedioha Ngor Okpala”  Saturday, Hon. Macdonald Amadi described it as a landmark event which had in attendance about 3000 people from the 11 wards of Ngor Okpala Local Government Area (LGA) of Imo State.

He said: Team Ihedioha is an organization of people that decided to make sacrifice towards the success of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha. The crowd you saw there can’t be anything less than 3000. They were gathered with the very adept grassroots mobilization capacity of “Team Ihedioha”. It is the best of the “Team Ihedioha”. Inaugurated so far in the LGAs. We expect more inaugurations in the following weeks.”

He assured the teeming supporters of Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha of victory in 2019, urging them to ensure they obtain their Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVC) and keep preparing for the election of Emeka Ihedioha at all levels and stages until his victory is declared as the executive governor of Imo State on May 29, 2019.

Present at the inauguration of “Team Ihedioha Ngor Okpala” were the aspirant himself, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha, Hon. Bede Eke, representative of Aboh Mbaise/Ngor Okpala Federal Constituency I  the House of Representatives, and a large number of dignitaries with an ocean of heads of leaders and representatives of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ngor Okpala LGA. The highpoint of the event was the inauguration of a 12-member “Team Ihedioha Ngor Okpala”.
