Hon. Elvis Ebirim MAKES CASE FOR MBAISE NATION FOR 2019 GUBER

A member of Orlu Zurumee Socio-cultural Organization and a businessman Hon. Elvis Ebirim has stated that Mbaise Nation should be allowed to produce the next Imo Governor.

Speaking to journalists at the All Saints Cathedral Amaifeke Orlu recently, Hon. Elvis Ebirim said that Mbaise Nation is a place with great human capacity and intellectuals that will help Imo State grow faster than it is now. He said educated minds are more in Mbaise land than anywhere in Nigeria and should be an added advantage to the state and not otherwise.

Hon. Elvis Ebirim  went further to posit that until Imo State do the needful by allowing Mbaise nation to produce the next Imo Governor of Imo State, we will continue to move like a blind led by another blind man. He opined that it is not proper for Orlu that governed Imo State for sixteen years to jostle for governorship in Imo State. This move according to him is to tell people from Owerri Zone where you have the most educated, especially the Mbaise Nation that they are fools.

It will be recalled that the leaders of Orlu Zurumee Socio-cultural Organisation and Olu Owerri Socio-Cultural organization met recently to chat way forward for Imo State. Among the things discussed, include the position of Owerri Zone viz-a-viz Orlu people jostling for 2019 governorship election.

Hon. Elvis Ebirim concluded by advising Mbaise Nation rally round Rt Hon Emeka Ihedioha as a sole person to enable them rule Imo State for the first time. Dignitaries that graced the occasion include Chief Emeka Diwe the president Orlu zurumee, Hon. President Olu-Owerri, Prof Francis the Dike, Prof Protus Uzoma, Chief Dr. Fidel Onyeneke and many others.
